Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled for course purchases on the marketplace.
1. Who issues refunds
Because payments settle directly into the selling institute's own gateway, refunds are issued by the institute that sold the course. We facilitate the request but the institute is the merchant of record.
2. Eligibility & window
Each institute may set its own refund window and conditions, shown on the course before purchase where applicable. As courses are digital and access is granted instantly, a refund may be reduced or declined once a significant portion of the content has been accessed.
3. How to request
Request a cancellation/refund by contacting the institute, or email support@eurodigital.coach with your order reference and we'll route it to the institute.
4. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Reward points
Reward points redeemed on an order are returned to your balance when the order is fully reversed.
6. Free courses
Free courses involve no payment and therefore no refund.
