Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the eurodigital.coach marketplace, operated by Euro Digital Technologies, by learners and partner institutes.
1. The service
eurodigital.coach (operated by Euro Digital Technologies, "we", "us") is an online marketplace connecting verified institutes with learners. Institutes own their course content; we provide hosting, checkout, certification and the learning platform.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 (or have guardian consent) to enrol. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate. Institute admins must keep their payment and contact details current.
3. Enrolment & access
To enrol you complete your learner profile, then pay (where the course is paid) — access to the student dashboard is granted immediately on successful enrolment. Access duration is shown on each course (e.g. lifetime or a stated number of months).
4. Payments & payouts
Paid courses are collected by EuroDigital through its platform payment processor; we then pay the selling institute out in full. The standard plan carries no platform commission — the institute keeps 100% of the course price — and EuroDigital earns from optional subscription plans and add-on services instead. Any platform commission applies only where a separate written agreement provides for it. Free courses incur no fee. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, and no separate tax is added at checkout.
5. Content & intellectual property
Course content is owned by the institute that publishes it. On enrolment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access it for your own learning. You may not download, copy, resell, share or redistribute protected course material (including videos).
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content or conduct. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to Euro Digital Technologies's operation of the marketplace.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
